Ingredients :

• 500 g quick-cooking long-grain rice

• 4 wings + 4 chicken thighs

• 300 g of mussels

• 150 g clams or sea almonds

• 100g squid

• 20 prawns

• 10 beautiful langoustines

• 1 red pepper

• 1 green pepper

• 1 yellow pepper

• 1 mild or strong chorizo

• according to taste

• 2 medium onions

• 400g lobster bisque

• 4 spices

• Olive oil

• Sunflower oil

• Salt and pepper

Preparation :

Wash all the vegetables and chop them finely. Brown them for 5 minutes with a mixture of half olive oil and half coconut oil.

• Cut the chorizo into cubes. Add it to the center of the pan with the chicken and add oil if needed. Leave to brown for 5 minutes, stirring, then push them back to the sides of the pan.

• Add seafood and molluscs. Once opened, add the rice. Salt, pepper, season to taste with 4 spices (or

saffron). Mix.

• In a saucepan, dilute the lobster bisque with water to obtain 1 liter of broth. Bring to a boil and pour over the rice.

• Cover and cook over low heat for about 35 minutes without stirring.

• Arrange with the langoustines and serve!
