Italian tiramisu

 Italian tiramisu


For 6 people  Preparation: 20 minutes Rest: 4 hours

Ingredients :

• 1 cup of strong Italian coffee

• 32 ladyfingers (lady lady biscuits)

• 1 coffee cup of

• fine sugar

• 4 eggs

• 500 g mascarpone

• 2 tbsp. cocoa powder

• 2 tbsp. amaretto

Preparation :

• Prepare the Italian coffee and let it cool, then add the amaretto.

• In a salad bowl, separate the yolks from the egg whites and whip the latter until stiff.

Reserve them.

• Beat the sugar and the yolks with a whisk, mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste. Gradually add the mascarpone to the mixture, then the egg whites.

• In a large rectangular dish, arrange a layer of biscuits soaked in amaretto coffee. Cover with a layer of mascarpone mixture. Repeat the operation several times, ending with the mascarpone.

• Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa before serving!
