  Note: This is a traditional dish from Tuscany and is similar to garlic bread. This dish was originally associated with the month of November to celebrate the olive harvest.


INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 slices of low protein bread
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • A pinch of sea salt

PREPARATION :

1. Toast the slices of low protein bread.

2. Generously rub the toasted bread slices with the garlic.

3. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil.

4. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt
