Spaghetti 400g

Peeled and cooked prawns 150 g

Cherry tomatoes 1 punnet

Olive oil 2 tablespoons

1 handful grated parmesan


Salt pepper

Preparation of the recipe: prawn pasta

Boil a pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes. Drain them.

Rinse and cut the cherry tomatoes in 4.

In a skillet, sauté the prawns on each side in a little olive oil. Add salt and pepper.

Add the tomatoes to the pan for 2/3 minutes so that they don't break down during cooking. Mix.

In a container, pour the pasta, add a drizzle of olive oil, then pour the prawns and cherry tomatoes with the cooking juices. Mix.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated parmesan.

Serve and enjoy your one pot pasta with prawns immediately.
